Awesome bank with super friendly staff and are always willing to help out.
We are a community based, not for profit Preschool run by a Parent Committee. We held a substantial Term Deposit with another bank for many years. These funds are set aside for retirement purposes & the payout of Long Service Leave accruals, so a great return is extremely important to us.This is especially true as some educators have been here for over 30 years! Completely waste of time applying car loan with them. Branch manager is extremely difficult, demanded all sorts of documents and scrutinise every single things. She said the loan would be serviceable if we put both name on it and at the end she said we can’t. I would rate 0 star if I could. Extremely disappointed.
