I recently visited the Thirroul branch, which was my first time I had been into a Horizon branch, as all of my previous interactions have been by phone. As a relatively new member, I was impressed with the friendly and professional service I was provided, all of my enquiries and dealings that I required to be done were completed in the one short visit.
