I really love this bank❣️ They have always been kind to me with every phone call and transaction. It's been over five-years and not once have I had a bad experience.

You know the only reason I even been at this bank was they bought out my bank. Just convenient because, it was just down the street. Kathy is Super snoody always felt this I'm better than you vibe from her. This bank can't help you do anything that others advertise as a simple perk like controlling your money. I'm switching banks. Do not feel comfortable at Horizon at all and this is after years of trying.
