Terrible customer service at this branch. They are so rude. I have closed all of my accounts. I will never recommend this bank.
I like the branch in Michigan City a lot better . Stay away from Laporte branch Wahnata great branch too
Worst online banking ever!!!! You go to use your card and it says 0.00 or the balance is wrong. When you know you have money in the bank. Im so glad I have 2 banks otherwise I would be out of luck. When you complain all you hear is "oh I've never heard that before". I have asked a few local businesses and they say it happens all the time with this bank. If it wasn't for the hassle of switching bank information around I would have been gone along time ago!
