They no longer give out rolls of quarters, even to people that have existing accounts.
Terrible customer service, if my loan was not through them I’d leave completely. This branch is so rude that I started to go to the Horizon off Indiana Ave (also in La Porte). Right now with construction I have gone here again to try to save the headache of all that. However here the thinner lady with glasses will take your money and ask you if you’re depositing and then you’ll be ignored for 15 minutes. I like the branch in Michigan City a lot better . Stay away from Laporte branch Wahnata great branch too
Worst online banking ever!!!! You go to use your card and it says 0.00 or the balance is wrong. When you know you have money in the bank. Im so glad I have 2 banks otherwise I would be out of luck. When you complain all you hear is "oh I've never heard that before". I have asked a few local businesses and they say it happens all the time with this bank. If it wasn't for the hassle of switching bank information around I would have been gone along time ago!
