The owners and staff here have a heart of gold. They were so kind and understanding when some plans we had with their rental equipment didn't work out due to illness. They are a rare gem in the world, and our family is deeply appreciative of them.

I was rushing home from work to be able to drop off a TV for repair before they closed. I called via my Bluetooth from my vehicle and the employee who answered the phone did not understand my question due to a bad connection. He subsequently proceeded to mock me, and when I asked if this is how he treats his customers, in a condensending tone explained how I needed to speak more slowly and clearly.
