Steve was great to work with! He worked to line up bed-to-bed air ambulance service from Colombia, South America to Tijuana, Mexico for a cancer patient. I definitely recommend Steve from Horizon Air Ambulance.

I can honestly Steve at Horizon Air Ambulance saved my life (literally). After a medical scare, Steve worked with me diligently to bring me back to the USA from a vacation gone wrong. Assisting me with transportation needs, he was also able to help me fight with my insurance for a reimbursement. If thats not great customer service then I do not know what is. Hopefully I will never need an air ambulance again but if I do, Horizon Air is the FIRST call!
