They made a fool of themself in Landlord-tenant court against me, a young pro-se defendant (tenant). Not only did they sign under penalty perjury (easily proven) FALSE info in their petition, but wrote a version of the same thing THRICE in the stip, for which he was mocked by an incredulous judge who swiftly crossed out all the repeats. Excellent landlord/Tenant Attorneys
I believe this law firm/debt collection agency is a sham. Or at the very least in cahoots with Charles “Chuck” Gedinsky, manager of Crown Park Realty LLC, to intimidate and harass tenants. They sent me a notice of collection of a debt supposedly owed to Crown Park Realty LLC and my only way of disputing was to mail a letter. I called 3 times to ask if there were other options i.e. website, email and no one ever called back. I went ahead and wrote and mailed the letter. I called a fourth time to request receipt of letter.
