It is ridiculous to not have any hours on Saturday, the only day normal people can bank. All of the things I need done can't be done by a virtual teller. I find banking hours completely absurd for the typical American who works 7 to 5. Mayville went to this too and now I can't get anything done ever! Work with the people. Give them what they want, please. Cutting hours and doing everything virtually isn't what we need or want.
No hours on Saturday!!!??? That is when people have time to do their banking !! Need to get in touch with their patrons. We need more accessibility to in person banking, not all this on line cr.p.
The service of the employees is down to earth and terrific. My mom opened an account and they have helped me so much when she wasn't able to do it herself. Thank you everybody.
