I’m only offering one star because zero isn’t an option. She was unresponsive, unprofessional, and I question her competence after my experience. Ten weeks of me asking for updates and still no QDRO… at $1000 for a process that could have taken a month on the outside? Even if it took longer, I’d have accepted it with open communication, except she was conferring with opposing counsel from my divorce which it turns out was the referring attorney! No, thank you. She was fired and I’m filing formally with the WBA.
