Less than one star. On 02/08/26 around 820pm stood around for 10 minutes while employee talked to a friend then was INCREDIBLY rude while buying packs super aggressive and rude tone. This is why I shop at Matrix
I do like hoards and boards but I don’t really think it makes sense on how you can’t stay there if your age is below 16 I do like the atmosphere and games there but I hope that could change on about the age requirement maybe if the child has to require a permission slip to stay without a parent maybe?
Love Hordes & Boards! They’re such a gem in our community. I’ve brought clients here through 2 different jobs, and personally my family (kids and adults) love visiting. When bringing clients with disabilities, they were incredibly accommodating to these client’s unique needs. Staff was so helpful and patient while making sure my client’s had a great time!
