Had traded in a large amount of cards for some trade credit during their trade-in event and got about $300 worth of credit, but they’ve recently moved all of their credit tracking from digital to paper. Apparently during the shuffle they’d just lost all of my credit, when asked what they could do about it the employees said they’d have to touch base with their manager and took my name and number, but now it’s been a month or so.
