The most unprofessional CPA firm I've ever used. I strongly advise against utilizing their services. For context: It took 2 days just to get a response to an initial inquiry regarding their services. I reached out to them because I worked with Sean Riley in 2019 and 2020 to handle a specific education-related tax situation that I am now in again. A warning to all new customers. Please go anywhere else if you want to feel like a valued custome , my experience described below about 2024 taxes with Hopp Consulting. It's been a very long time that I've felt my CPA did everything they could to show I was a valued client. Not sure what happened with Aaron and his team. We initially connected when our company was looking for a new CPA. Our previous CPA had failed to file our tax returns and was not returning any of our phone calls or emails for months. I discussed all of these issues I had had with our previous CPA and expressed my concerns that I did not want that to happen again.
