I ordered the Apollo dining table set after searching for hours for a dining table set like this! I spoke with Steve on their online chat who was extremely responsive and helpful and answered any questions I had. The table was delivered quickly and it’s absolutely beautiful! I bought a fluted TV unit. I paid extra for two man delivery and package disposal. It arrived pretty quickly (approx two weeks) and the people who delivered it were very professional. They arrived when they said they would, kept me informed and placed the unit where I wanted it and took a way the packaging. The item was in reasonably good condition but a bit dusty. Super happy with the bedside tables we received, great quality and exactly what I was looking for!
Extremely bad customer service. Communication frustrating, as not listened to properly, even though paid for a two man delivery service, Steve tried to fob me off with an off load pallet service. Eventually sending my order off to a courier service , washing his hands of responsibility. I still haven’t received my order.
Wonderful product, very fast delivery, excellent customer service, highly recommend
