My 10yr old daughter left her wallet behind on the coach after a school excursion. She realised just after the coach had left and was very upset. This was early on a Friday evening. Took a long shot and called Hopkinsons not expecting an answer. Pleasantly surprised a was greeted by a very helpful lady who made contact with the driver. The driver agreed to stop and waited about 20mins for us to catch up Sonny was the driver. Couldn't have hoped for better customer service. Thank you.
Lying, unethical and deceitful company. One of their buses ran me off the road and caused my car significant damage. Jess who runs their operations instructed me to get a quote and they would pay for the damages. Did the complete opposite and proceeded with telling me that I couldn’t prove anything if I tried and refused to pay the quote. What a horrible company.
