I would NOT recommend hiring this attorney. In my opinion he was unprofessional and did not fight for what was in my best interest. In my opinion, my experience was made exponentially more stressful by this attorney. All factual statements are based off of my recollection and or records in my possession.

Richard truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He was extremely attentive and patient, even throughout my wife’s thousands of questions. We used Richard for a custody case, which is scary enough, but Richard took the time to make sure we were prepared and comfortable. Our case has been closed for a few months, and I can still call him at anytime, and ask for more advice or help. You may hire Mr. Hopkins for an attorney, but you’ll leave with a life long friendship.
