John Hopkins is highly unethical. He is also unprofessional. We had a verbal agreement with a couple to purchase their home. Verbal agreements are legally binding in VA, FYI. The seller is visually impaired and needed to get with an attorney before feeling comfortable signing. He went to Mr. Hopkins. Mr. Hopkins demanded we up our earnest money deposit to $10k and give him a week to review it. This was an absurd request. get my adoption paperwork done before Christmas and ill take my review back. Dis man had such a long time to do this and he never did, unresponsive and doesnt hold his promises.
