Great place to go for hearing loss needs! After moving to the area and trying out 2 other hearing aid places, I came across Hopkins Hearing Institute. Ed and his staff have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I had an "urgent" situation with needing a reliable loaner aid (for an out of town family event) while waiting for new aid to come in, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was properly taken care of in time for my trip - which I am super grateful for. in November of '24 I went in to get ear wax removed and was very appreciative that they would take me right in and at no charge. Being deaf in one ear all my life this is very annoying when my ears get wax build up. I had never been able to wear hearing aids because there were none that would help. Dr. Ed was very eager to show me the newest technology in hearing aids called cross over which transmit from the deaf side to the good side. This Dr. went above and beyond for my mother. He came to the rehab facility to adjust her hearing aids. He came after 5 o'clock and was punctual which is rair these days. His bedside manner is so amazing it's actually unheard of. I am grateful he is my mothers ear Dr. Thank you Dr. Pitre
