My father is a resident here..for almost 2 years..I have no major complaints about some of the staff. It is small so everyone knows everyone, I love that. Not a huge facility where residents are not known. The nurses are nice, just wish they would keep the nurses that are good and get the lazy ones out. It is always good for the residents to have consistency, so they can get use to the facility and the workers. Matinence workers are pretty good so far..some times you have to call them for service of a room especially the bat... read more
Your staff is so kind and friendly, we went to visit a friend on the 2nd floor and many of the staff greeted us with a smile and said hello. How great is that when visiting those under unusual and challenging circumstances. That's a 5 star any day.
