Trying to call them is pointless since they won't answer the phone. Oh well for paying my taxes but I guess yall waste it on the next letter following that ugly H sign.
Omg this place is horrible. They put a DMV stop on my account for 20 bucks and now they acting like they can't see my payment. I am so done with Hopewell treasurer office. I have been battling with them for two weeks, damn just release the stop so I can get my vehicle registered. Never had this problem with anywhere else I lived.
Scammer watch out,have your proof paper and bank statement,Money hungry staff , is there a commission for stealing from customer,GOD Will Punish these Scammer.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. They issued a registration renewal stop on my vehicle in Mechanicsville yet I haven’t lived in hopewell for over 3 years. Just about a year ago they sent out a delinquent notice from 2020 and 2021 with fees that stacked as high as they could go, yet when I left hopewell initially, I called and paid what was supposed to be the entire balance, it ended up not being the whole total and they never sent correspondence prior to the delinquent notice, now a year later, I receive a letter from Hanover... read more
