When we first bought our furniture there one of the family members was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately I had a problem with one of my chairs due to a new puppy and asked if they would be able to fix the chair or I would be willing to purchase a new chair. They were not able to fix it and only able to sell me the chair in pairs. No problem I would have the bad chair cleaned up the best we can and use it as a spare. This is a great store. I visited for the first time this past weekend looking for living room and bedroom furniture. They have a great selection and nice quality to pick from. Plus, between Friday and Saturday, I bet I was there for 4 to 5 hours trying to decided on items. Hope, Amy and Michelle were great and didn't mind me asking millions of questions and moving stuff around to try items with different pieces of furniture.
