Sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't. They also get angry at you if they are late and you miss your appointment and you cancel the ride due to their incompetence. Most can't speak English even though we live in America and they get frustrated at Americans because they failed to learn before coming to the country. (Which makes no sense.) Last but not least, one of the drivers is very creepy and sits in front of your house for more than 5 minutes, even after telling him he can leave. I honestly got suspicious vibes ... read more

IF I COULF RATE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! THEY HAD ONE OF OUR PATIRNTS WAITING 4 HOURS AFTER THEY DROPPED HIM OFF. IM SO MAD I CAN'T EVEN TYPRE RIGHT !!!
