They did not show up, they texted my son and said they were out there. I had called to make sure that they had my correct address and number. They did not call or text me or anything and they were not here. Liars.
It’s crazy. I’ve been left stranded for HOURS By this company. Save yourself the pure torcher and just hire a taxi. I’ve worked for nursing homes for years and they have left us stranded so many times I can’t even count having to use taxis to get back to the nursing homes.
This is the most sorry unprofessional transportation service I've ever known. Make know since on how they are still in service
My experience has been horrible, I have been hung up on, drivers that do not show up, bus cards never received, fuel reimbursement that never happened. i have been told more times than i can count that i need more or different paperwork, or paperwork that was just sent is expired, basically any reason they can find to never actually do anything to assist a peron with transportation needs, is what their goal seems to be.
If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to get my patient taken home. Been on the phone for an hour on hold. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Immobile patient stuck at the hospital in an ambulatory clinic. Garbage service if you ask me. DO BETTER!
