I have to agree with most on the level that they make you wait and wait and jump through every hoop they can come up with!!! I understand it's a service that's provided for low income families and those who are disabled!! But they need to quit making us feel less then they are!!! I know several people who have to fight every step of the way to get help, it's really hard to ask for help, it's a pride thing for most!!! They need to make you feel ok about asking for help not less than they are!!!
Horrible customer service ! Causing service delay for older people.
They did not show up, they texted my son and said they were out there. I had called to make sure that they had my correct address and number. They did not call or text me or anything and they were not here. Liars.
It’s crazy. I’ve been left stranded for HOURS By this company. Save yourself the pure torcher and just hire a taxi. I’ve worked for nursing homes for years and they have left us stranded so many times I can’t even count having to use taxis to get back to the nursing homes.
