My experience with Hopebridge was mixed. There are staff members who genuinely care about the children and families they serve, and I want to recognize Francesca and Brittney for their compassion, professionalism, and support. They listened to my concerns, treated my family with respect, and made me feel like my son’s needs mattered. Their dedication made a meaningful difference in our experience. RBTs and BCBA's really care about the kiddos and do their best. Unfortunately they have to function under administrative policies and management that is beyond terrible. Treatment for kiddos suffers greatly due to constant turn over and abysmal employee retention. Looking to work here? DON'T. They underpay and management in this location is inconsiderate and incompetent. If you get sick they don't accept Dr notes, not even for COVID. Employees are constantly sick and kiddos too because of this.
