The office staff have been very responsive to maintenance needs, came through quickly when an appliance failed on us this week. Ralph delivered a replacement within an hour with his usual grace. I expect sobbing in the halls long past his and Suzie's departure this week for greener pastures.

Lovely
Continental, the management company working to save our building, just held a meeting for all residents and it went well. Leadership is very transparent about the small (5%) rent increase for everyone renewing one year from now and most residents believe intentions to renovate and return some of the beloved amenities. There's definitely a refreshing sense of stable, predictable stewardship.
