Excellent massage. Focused massage for problem areas and not just a general, fluffy massage. She gets to the root of muscle tightness and joint dysfunction to help reduce pain and improve mobility. She is able to use a lot of other techniques like cupping, gua sha, cranio-sacral, and more. I am thankful for Allison!

My body has been going through so many changes over the past several years. I’m healthy and active and 57 yo. So some of it is age and some is me hiking, gym and doing all I can to stay healthy. Allison listens to what’s going on, makes suggestions and checks in with me during the massage to ensure results. I’ve been going to Allison for massages regularly since 2017 and no regrets in making this commitment to my body! She’s made a difference in my health.

As a person who has suffered migraines and fibromyalgia for over 20 years, I am truly grateful for Allison and her practice. Her techniques are excellent and she always takes time at the beginning of every session to find out what I need her to work on for that particular day. Above all, she is kind and genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend.
