Rebecca the administrator took my call and as soon as i asked if she was the administrator she very rudely responded with " what do you want" and after I asked my question and the reason for my call she automatically assumed I was selling something sadi "no thank you " and hung up. REBECCA IS VERY RUDE
I have been a resident here for over a year. Rooms are crowded with three people in a room designed for one person. There is a physical therapy department but they offer the bare minimum sessions. Do not offer physical therapy maintenance even though Medicare will cover that benefit. The staff has to document PT Maintenance different than PT functional and they don't want to do that. Too much work for bureaucrats in charge. I am able to get excellent PT Maintenance down the street at ProActive PT. The therapy office does not... read more
I like it . Definitely not easy to get in the place . Good security , nice people
My in-laws have lived here for 28 years! Access to buildings and housing is very convenient. Buildings and grounds are very clean and secure.
