This facility is looked to be very well run with a quick in and out. A lot is swept under the rug at this facility, there is not enough staff on to be caring for residents and doing the expected cleaning task and cooking when there is not a cook available. When I was hired I was always told they over staff because Chue doesn't like to see RCAs running around without a break, but many nights were staffed with two RCAs. Doesn't pay employees and they don't treat their residents right. This place shouldn't be in business.
This facility lacks proper protocol when caring for and documenting residents ADL’S. Residents are treated poorly.
Don’t work here unless you’re looking to not get paid. There are tons of people not being paid from this company! This place needs to be shut down!
If you send your loved ones here, please check on them daily. Staff isn't drug tested or even a background check done. Owner, Chue, sweeps a lot under the rug. Example being medication errors, dropped personal cares, and unsafe protocols.
