By enrolling my grandfather in Hope PACE our family has experienced immense support. They have been incredibly helpful during this time of need, and we couldn't be more grateful. A special mention goes to Erick, his driver from Family Xpress Transportation. He has developed a deep appreciation for Erick, often expressing how much he enjoys his company during their rides. Buyer Beware. They will promise the world, The nurse has a nice personality, but you CANNOT depend upon them. In a business that peoples lives depend upon commitments, you would think they would respond with more compassion and care. Awful unless you want no help at all!! As far as the Cape Coral location it’s a joke the only thing they do is ship medication and briefs to you. My mother who was a nurse for Hope Hospice for many years and now has Dementia, Afib, and a Hiatal Hernia that is pushing into her organs has been really sick for about a month now all they do is drag her in there by bus to give her iv fluids and iron infusions because her hemoglobin is low. They are a good senior center and have good doctors and nurses
I can said I am really happy now because all the previous issues were solved. The entire team is excellent. I will definetely recommend Hope Pace. Thank you for all your love and support.
