Buyer Beware. They will promise the world, The nurse has a nice personality, but you CANNOT depend upon them. In a business that peoples lives depend upon commitments, you would think they would respond with more compassion and care. In my humble opinion, they deliver only what they have to or the bare minimum to get by. When we signed up we were promised many things that they would do. Awful unless you want no help at all!! As far as the Cape Coral location it’s a joke the only thing they do is ship medication and briefs to you. My mother who was a nurse for Hope Hospice for many years and now has Dementia, Afib, and a Hiatal Hernia that is pushing into her organs has been really sick for about a month now all they do is drag her in there by bus to give her iv fluids and iron infusions because her hemoglobin is low. Now the past few weeks she has been sick and finally tested for covid, she tested positive ... read more
