Imagine working somewhere and ordering $60 worth of food to have someone staying outside for 10 minutes and wait for you for you to pay exact change.
this place is an absolute nightmare. As a former employee for over a year, i witnessed an extreme amount of neglect & carelessness for the residents. They laugh, mock & sometimes purposley aggravate the residents for quick laugh. After trying to report multiple people for disgusting behaviors, I was pulled aside by a manager & told to STOP reporting as it was causing personal conflict. Our loved one has lived there for 6 mths. The staff are always kind. According to him, the food is good. The case managers are helpful.
Hor I would shut this down if i could. Employees with a back ground in behavior health . I visited my son twice week. There just sitting around do2 nothing. Very sad. They live lie for a paycheck.
