I tried so many remedial massage, myotherapy, etc for my back, neck shoulder stiffness and so far I would rate Ken is the best. He actually dig all the pressure points and you will feel the pain but you know it is a good pain . I also have a problem with my wrist where it is sort of locked cant rotate which cause the thumb to have limited range of movement. Just from one session now I can do a thumbs up, I can move my thumbs up
