Nice looking place, don’t let your eyes fool you. Back when I came in it’s very elegant looking but they sure run the care givers, the pay is not what it should be. And if no one comes in to relieve you from your shift you had to stay wich remember there shifts are 12hr(they may have hired more now) that’s a lot on the care givers. They try to take care of the residents up to standards but they never seem to achieve it in a shift due to lack of workers. I’m sure if the bumped the pay up people might want to work there.
