I had the 60 min Hyaluronic Infusion Oxygen facial today which states it is calming and cooling. I advised the lady who did my facial that I have Rosacea and sensitive skin. I walked out with the reddest face I have ever had. I don’t think the lady was a professional and will not be going back.

I booked for myself and my mum to have treatments for Mother’s Day. I had booked the facial with head, neck and shoulder massage. It was booked for 60 minutes but it started 10 mins late and then finished early too, only went for approx 45 mins. No massage at all. Despite the package advertising head, neck and shoulder massage. No consultation done with me, no communication, no idea what products were used. When I expressed my concerns around the experience I was offered a $9 discount. Not a good experience

I gave my daughter a voucher for a 60 minute relaxation package with what is written in the picture. The manager did not book it in and a 1 hour massage was done and did not do the package. The manager also double booked the staff member so she was 30 minutes late.
