Zoe was really knowledgeable and was able to identify the causes of my issues as well as providing great solutions. Would highly recommend booking if thinking about it.
Visited Hope house only twice for whiplash and severe neck and shoulder pain. All I can say is wow!! Zoe is amazing at what she does, I already have zero pain and feel so much lighter and relaxed. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you. You’re a star!!! ❤️

Having had tense shoulders and neck stiffness I decided enough was enough and happened to stumble on Hope House which was also local to me. My first appointment with Zoe, Felt at ease as she was welcoming, professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable in this field. Zoe proceeded with my treatment with great strength which was really what I needed. Looking forward to my next session.
