Part 1 of The horrors of Hope family services I could not wait to write this review of my experience at a place that was supposed to help and guide me in the right direction. The women in the shelter from the head person all the way down to the so-called advocates Are not only useless but they lack compassion they lack communication skills & organization skills. Part 2 the horrors of hope family services: As the night before the transition date approach I requested an extension and was declined and given a list of other shelters in the area. The advocate advised she could not extend my stay unless a case manager from another shelter in that list reached out to her by the end of the day.
