Incorrect hours listed. I went in to set up an IRA. The clerk didn't know what that was. She then accepted amd sat on my paperwork for over a month, through the new year. I got a call from another employee asking if I wanted to open one. Obviously this screwed up my taxes for last year. They also randomly close early, very unreliable.
I came into the bank to see Mrs. Barbara Stevenson. She is a true gift from God. She has the most beautiful spirit. She helped me with all my personal banking needs. Please go to her and tell her "Jesica" send you.
This is a great place to bank very kind and caring people who go out of there way to extend kindness They're always helpful making sure your needs are met.
