My experience with Hope Credit Union on Terry Road in Jackson, Mississippi, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I clearly explained to the manager that we were opening an account for a nonprofit organization. Despite that, she placed our nonprofit into an account charging $10 per month without discussing the fee or informing us about a free-checking option. I hate hope credit union they no good..I return a car to them and still make u pay for it after they sold it..I will never deal with this ever again in my life.
