I hate hope credit union they no good..I return a car to them and still make u pay for it after they sold it..I will never deal with this ever again in my life.
Absolutely horrible customer service. They allowed fraudulent activities on my checking account and refused to deal with any of the fraudsters. Never again!
Great company and branch that really cares for their customers. The staff in Louisville is amazing, attentive, and helpful. Each visit is personal and they treat you like family. I live in another city but it is still easy and convenient to bank with them and utilize the services they offer without being there.
