I was really hopeful joining hope like so hopefully ecstatic , but from the start it’s draining . From getting a debit card , to different unnecessary fees , and filing disputes . I ordered a debit card on the 9th of July and I actually had to do it twice , because they never processed the debit card the first time . It’s August 8th and my debit card still hasn’t arrived . Thank you Mrs. Lazette and Mrs. Gray. These two Mortgage representatives are the Gold Standard when it came to a recent investment property purchase. I have purchased properties using Banking Institutions in the past...never again. This Credit Union made my purchase seamless. I will definitely do business with them again!!
The tellers in this Bank are rude
I tried to do a large withdrawal at this location, I had an out of state I’d that they never seen, at because they was not familiar with my I’d type they asked security to tell me to never return even though I am a customer of their, will be closing my account.
