Excellent bank and the staff treats you like family.
I was really hopeful joining hope like so hopefully ecstatic , but from the start it’s draining . From getting a debit card , to different unnecessary fees , and filing disputes . I ordered a debit card on the 9th of July and I actually had to do it twice , because they never processed the debit card the first time . It’s August 8th and my debit card still hasn’t arrived .
