Hope Union Credit is the worst credit union to bank with. If you bank with them, please find you a better credit union. I can write a paragraph about how horrible the service they provide. They always give out incorrect information and they never know anything. They don't offer the services that they are advertising, they make it hard for you to apply for some of the loans. Every chance i get i am going to write a review about this bank. They need to do better as a credit union.
I DO NOT recommend this bank to any consumer. Unless you want to waste you time and money. Get most consumers by stating they are black owned and for the community! That’s a lie!! They are thieves and liars with credentials! Please be aware.
