Great communication and assistance from multiple staff member since I first open an account. Always help with questions and concerns. Online/App Everything was smooth, navigating the feature wasn't hard. Very easy to adapt to.
BEWARE! These people are trash. We were supposed to close on a house December 23rd and we actually closed nearly a month later. Dolores was the loan officer and she failed to do any paperwork until after the new year. Nobody was notified that the paperwork wasn’t completed until the second closing date was scheduled. The credit union was aware that closing wasn’t happening until much later. Paula Lawson, the VP, delayed the loan processing.
