I gave a one star because it won't allow you to leave a review without stars Their operating hours are a lie. They do not stay open till stated time. They also have begun refusing to take some of my checks that they have always taken in the past. I have used Hope Credit Union with great satisfaction for the past 5 years. It has become increasingly frustrating to do business here, because they are continuing to prove to be unreliable and undependable. And there ARE MANY other options.
The reps at this location are always pleasant, professional and friendly. They are fast and accurate with their transactions too. I highly recommend this particular location.
Friendly staff. Very helpful. One of the only 2 Shared Branch credit unions in the area. I've always appreciated being able to come here and do business. Thank you!
Since joining this branch I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service. Tiffany Lee has been a huge help in boosting my credit score over 100 points and helped me get a non-predatory car loan.
