Shoncey has been AMAZING!!!! She didn't only strengthened my credit. She taught me how to make the most out of credit utilization. My family and I will be well off now that I have the proper tools to help me be smarter with utilizing credit. When I met with Shoncy we established that it would be $399 for her to repair my credit. I paid $200 and wasn't able to pay the final $199 due to medical reasons putting me out of work. Therefore last week I let her know whay was going on and asked for my money back. She acted like she was going to refund it then a week past I didn't receive my money and she stopped answering me.
