I had an evaluation there today. It was a smooth process. It cost me $375, The same I had to pay to get my driver's license cleared in Illinois. Heather was the lady who performed my evaluation and she was kind and straightforward. Seeing I'm already over two clean and in treatment currently My driver's license was cleared almost immediately. So I'm fully satisfied with their services. And the lady at the front desk was so nice. I don't remember her name. Thank you Hope council

They think they understand addiction, but they don't know the first thing. I don't care how much schooling they have or what they went through in their personal lives. During the assessment I had to take in order get my driver's license back the councilor was almost degrading me, and when I went back to get my fingernails clipped the ladies there were treating me like I was a child. Glad I have this whole ordeal behind me, won't be returning for their services and dealing with these people made me learn my lesson. Maybe that... read more
