Really great bike service shop. Great staff, very honest and reliable. Great service, I would highly recommend.
Really disappointing experience at hope , repairs was ok and price acceptable, however the guys people skills were nonexistent, told in no uncertain terms that my bike was not worth the cost of fixing , in an abrupt fashion, could not Waite to get out of the shop , needless to say I won’t be going back any time soon
Absolutely first class service from Hope (Bournemouth) They all went above and beyond to repair my grandsons bike. And at a very good price. I would rate 6 stars if I could.
Came to Hope2Cycle for a repair and expressed how much I had been messed around by Halfords with my bike, having spent a lot of time and money and repeatedly received poor service. Hope2Cycle assured me that they would get my bike up to scratch and keep costs down as much as possible. What they actually did was fit my bike with used tyres without consulting me first, and given that I actually went to them for a buckled wheel, this was completely unnecessary. Asked how much for rear disk break pads they said £50 fitted I said il fit them my self how much for rear break pads they said they still have to take them apart, I will not go bk as the answer to my question was £10, what a rip off! Halfords is cheaper. ( Update the reply to this from hope 2 cycle is misleading, I was specific in my request for one set of rear disk break pads, they treated me like an old lady at a car garage.
