I hired this firm for a high-stakes commercial accident involving a criminal Hit and Run. Despite my providing smoking-gun evidence and coded medical bills, this office failed to even send a Notice of Representation to the insurance company. I was left to handle the police, the hospital, and the adjusters myself while the firm remained non-responsive. If you are looking for a partner who communicates and takes action, look elsewhere. I had to terminate for cause and secure a release just to protect my own claim.

We visited with Ben Hoover recently to help my family with a trust review. He was knowledgeable and so helpful when walking us through the information in the paperwork. He didn't rush us through our questions and made sure everything we wanted was addressed before we left. I would definitely recommend going to see him for estate planning!
