I wouldn't even give 1 star honestly. I tried to file my 2022 taxes with her in June of 2023 and was told everything would go through fine. She never filed my return. Fast forward to a few months later and she made up an excuse as to why it couldn't go through and told me it would go through now but would take a few months. Fast forward to Jan of 2024 and I was told that they just finally accepted my refund. 6 months later I repeatedly tried calling her over those months and never heard anything back. Maggie may be cheap, but is the most unorganized tax preparer. My wife and I haven't got our tax returns for the last 2 years. I've been calling for the last month at least 6 times, her response was , I'll find them and send them out . Tuesday I called her, she said she would make copies and send them out that day, here it is Friday and she put them in mail today, I have a appointment tomorrow to get them done by someone that is more organized. I'll pay little bit more for that.
