In August I was really excited to get the cordless vacuum. Charged it in November and I know it's working but the motor doesn't run. Try to charge it again still nothing. So I go to their website in November and start a claim. No response. Try calling. No response. Sent a web inquiry and finally got a response that service centers don't service the rechargeable units. Guess I will finance a Shark.
Ordered filters January 23, 2022. Hoover immediately got the money from account. Now I only get excuses and empty assurances about fulfilling my order. Don't waste your time ordering through hoover.com. Hoover suggested for quicker receipt of filters, to go through Amazon. Right. That way you can sell twice as many. Just fulfill my order!! UPDATE: my purchase was refunded, Hoover fulfilled my order at no cost.
Purchased dual spin pet online, the machine was defective, start smoke and smell plastic, returned it right away, they received the machine back in March and now end of May and still didn't received my refund, called them 4 times and sent two online messages, this company is terrible, not only poor products quality, also very bad customers service.

Hoover could have had a vac like dyson in 1988. They tried to fire the engineer..he walked out & 1 day at work i told him if he makes it i will buy it...he did. I did. Hoover told him his vac had too much power & wasnt loud enuf. Again men designing products for primarily women when they havent a clue how to clean...frustrating.
