Mr. Hooten went above and beyond taking on a case 2 hours from his hometown. He was very professional and to the point. He turned what could have been a 10 year sentence to a 2 year probation. I am very thankful I was able to retain him and recommend this firm hands down. He even looked into recovery of a vehicle the police tried to confiscate even though that's not he was hired to do. I hired Tom to defend me on a DWI and POM case. I registered 0.14 BAC. I was surely convicted however, Tom tried the case and all but had the case won, showing the state could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. Unfortunately, additional evidence mysteriously appeared in the jury room leading to a mistrial. I plead guilty on an obstruction charges, leading to 1-year probation and community service.
