This company was originally representing me after Hurricane Ian. They had a rep going around that was very polite and respectful. True salesman. After a year of representation, and they are near impossible to reach anymore. to phone calls and emails. Or text messages (NO RESPONSE AT ALL) (Multiple voicemails and emails text messages have been left and still no returned phone calls. I did not know companies like this existed. I needed help with my homeowners insurance company that outright refused to settle my claim. A neighbor gave me Keith’s number. Once Keith got involved and said to leave it with him, he handled the insurance company’s objections and issues. We had to use a third party mediator, Keith handled that was well.
