bad service I cannot believe how my children were treated when they went to hoots. The staff was terrible and yelled at my children on several occasions. The facilty was very dirty and not comfortbale. I would never recommend this place unless you like going home with your child crying in the backseat of your car.
Rude Staff This is a very poorly organized and poorly run business!!!It's very strange that in a children's facility that the staff is not trained to politely work with children. We have been to Hoot's on several occasions and more than not received rude service as well as one time the desk clerk very rudely told my daughter to put on her socks.
