Brian made the remote closing of our property outside of Indiana so easy! He returned my call very quickly, scheduled me for less than 48 hours later and even came directly to our house. Brian Oliver went above and beyond to help me get my very ill sister's signature on the Power of Attorney to enable me to help my sister. Brian came not onçe but twice to her hospital. Due to how weak she was, her signature was difficult to read . Brian wrote a letter explaining the circumstances which allowed the POA to be accepted.
