I only bring aluminum cans to this location, but everytime I arrive there is a employee ready to assist with my bags of cans. They are very polite and have exceptional customer service. In the building, when turning in my ticket, the person or persons at the counter are very intent on your needs and not other customers. I really appreciate the service at Hoosier Metal Recycling Co.
